This site offered there services free "except" for a 1.98 charge. After purchasing the service i had several people warn me that they may charge my account for a monthly fee even though it was plainly stated anywhere on the site when i purchased the service. After careful research i finally found the almost hidden statement on the site that they will bill you monthly after 14 days. They of course never advertised this. I used the "contact us" link to try to cancel my subscription. I filled in all the required information and added my feedback and then clicked on the "send" link. The link i clicked on took me to a page that said the requested url not found. I searched the site to try to find some type of contact information and was unsuccessful. I finally found a statement on the site claiming that i could find a contact number to cancel my subscription in my confirmation email. I never received a confirmation email! When contacting the company after finding the number for them on several ripoff sites i was informed by the representitive that it can take days before receiving confirmaton after your purchase. I canceled my services with her and requested a mailed statement or email from the company confirming that my subscription was canceled and my account would not be billed. She said she would request for that to be done but was unsure if they could do that for me. She then ended the call. I still have 10 days till i find out if they are going to charge my account or not.
