Please help! Received a civil summons from Midland Funding today and do not know what to do. Claim it was initiated by Aspire Visa and that I have 30 days to respond or they will take it to court for the $828.76 plus 8% intrest from per annum from the date of udgement until paid in full, and costs. Do I pay or refuse? I am a unemployed student with a child to take care of and no resources to help me finicially. Yes I made bad credit desicions to take care of my child but what do I do now? I dont have that kind of money lying around. They insist that I serve a copy of my written answer, file the original with the Clerk of Superior Court
