In the past I had suffered the billing charges of unknown late fees and miscellaneous charges and a large growing interest rate on my loan account and my credit card account from System Service Technology Corporation once Union Acceptance Corporation. It was awful no matter how I paid on time whether paying by check by phone, payments online, US mail payments, or Quick Collect Western Union payments. It was always something wrong because my balance never seem to decrease but stayed the same for several months. I would call SST and try to talk to someone that might be able to help but unfortunately, I never got any where with any of the so called SST Representatives. So, I contacted the Attorney General in the state where SST is located in Missouri, Jefferson County and I got help from their office. I complained and I told the Attorney General Staff about my situation with SST and requested that the Attorney General investigate and inquire about my loan account and my credit card account to find out "why" I wasnt receiving proper payment credit towards my accounts. It took the Attorney General office about 30 days to clear up and have my accounts with SST corrected and after that the Attorney General mentored my accounts until I recently paid off both accounts and received money from SST that was owed to me from me over paying them. So I provided the Attorney General name and address in Missouri who really helps people. Its worth a try and its free. We have these people in office who are there and here to help people like me. So good luck in your fight with SST because you can win like I did with the Attorney General of Missouri help. I hope I help someone today with this information.
