This company made a number of inquiries into my credit from March through June. They established a trade line claiming they extended a line of credit for $1,100 in June and I defauled in August. They also claim they were acting as a third party broker on behalf of Bank of America.
I called Bank of America and not only are they unable to find any such loan or credit card under my name, social, or address, but they have stated they have NO AFFILIATION with this company.
I take this information and write to the credit reporting agencies in conjunction with the company and the Attorney General of Missouri.
The credit reporting agencies are falsely stating the trade line is accurate and refuse to take Bank of America's word for it that this alleged account they are reporting as a charge off simply does not exist.
The mail came back return to sender from Client Services.
The attorney general of Missouri forwarded a copy of a response claiming that my dispute is not with them, but with Bank of America. They admit they have not extended any lines of credit on behalf of Bank of America.
The attorney General is looking for people victimized by this company. Write your compaints to the Missouri Attorney General.
