Call the attorney general of new york, have them send you a letter to file a dipute and be persistent, it took me 8 months to get my money back but at least i got it back (i had to request a money order from the attorney general due to the fact that they closed my account (it was negative for to long because of the company) be nice to the attorney general and be thankful, they are busy people and your mine $249.99 is really nothing to them, so show appreciation) don't talk to the district attorney, talk to the attorney general (your local attorney general will give you their number.
