I have been with Beneficial for 5 years now and never too late with my account but my balance would never go down. We were able to get refinanced with another lender. Beneficical got paid off on July 11 labeled accounts final payment. Which left it over paid $488.00. On July 17 they tacked on a finance charge of $219.00 which took out of our credit owed to us. On July 13 i was assured the account was closed and the check was to be cut and sent of $488.00 Spoke with a Unit Manager named Kavith Mathicnan.
After being rude and yelling at my husband. My husband told her about rip off report and she proceeded to tell us that she would not talk with us about our account and nothing can be said about it. He said our lawyer will be contacting her and she refused to give a number to reach her at or an extension.
If your even thinking about getting a loan from this company Please don't. Find another way to get a loan this company will tear you up financially. They don't care about their customers.
