I have JUST recieved a mastercard (07-25-07) AFTER several inquiries over the past month on why these people have deducted funds from my checking acct. They could not-would not-answer my questions, and could not produce
a signature.
I want a full refund of $159.00, plus 2-$29.95 fees, and over-draft. The total comes to $262.00 which they stole from me. Supposedly, I applied for this. If, indeed this was accepted, it was purely accidental, and my personal information was acquired by hacking in to my other mail. I did pay some bills on line, and I even had an on-line loan, BUT I never applied, nor accepted a pre-paid debit card. Please let me know how to deal with this. I have contacted my bank, and filed a fraudelent claim with my local police department, but this could take months. This is so unfair. Thank you, V. Wesley
