I had a account in collection, which was paid out last year, they still have it on my report as non payment

Me and three other people had the same account in collection for 521.94, which was paid of last year. It is the same account bout only one out of four has a zero balance. I ask them are they trying to collect from all four of us on the same account. When calling to clear the matter up for months, and disputing it for years, the are still reporting it on my credit report for non-payment and still a out-standing bill. I have talk to several people, including supervisor over there who know it a error, but still want fix it.
