I too received an unsolicited letter in the mail inviting me to apply for a personal loan. I was suspicious when the interest rate was not advertised. As by federal law it should be. I looked them up on the PA department of Banking Web Site and they are not listed as being able to do business in this state.in PA if I were to except their service I would be bound to their contract, despite them doing business illegally. I am going to shred the letter.
