Ripoff Told me i had a government grant. Ask for bank info to take out "first time fee" before i got my grant

I had an unfamiliar number call my phone one day. I answered it and no one was on the line. The number called back the next day and when i answered it this time a lady told me that i had been chosen to recieve a federal grant of $4,500 but to receive it i had to give them my bank information.

Also they wanted to record me saying that i give them permission to take out the "one time fee" of $350 from my bank account on a certain day. When i asked her what the fee was for she told me that it was for taxes, shipping, processing, etc. These people, im sure, are just trying to get bank info and drain accounts.

After that i told them to stop calling my phone and i have not heard from them since.
