On april I received a phone call from loan agent (Mac) from wells fargo financial, asking if I would refinace my auto loan after several phone calls from Mac insisting to refinace I gave in, and I refinance my auto loan, a loan I already had with the same fianace company Wells Fargo Finance.
I went in with good intentions and refinace, he printed out a check to payoff my original auto loan, he made out the check to wells fargo finacial the check indicated the payoff amount, I walked out with a reinburtsment check of 750.00, i asked him what it was for and he said, that was mine to do what I wanted to do with, that the amount I owed on my original loan was covered with the check he had written out to my original loan. On May 03.
I received a letter of confirmatiom from Wells Fargo Financial stating that my original loan had been paid in full. Well, NOT. I called Mac at WFF, and adviced him of the phone calls I had received from the collecting department from WFF, he stated "I will take care of it a mistake was made" the next week WFFcollecting department called me again, 'Your late on your payment" so I call Mac again, Mac stated "I will take care of it I will call them my self".. The following week collecting department called again. You folks get the picture.
I have gone as far as the bank manager Jason, and he has yet to return my calls, as for Mac he has blowen me off, from Teri a WFF rep., who said she talked to the collecting manager advicing her that my case was under investigation according to Teri at WFF.
Its been two months and WFF has yet to made contact with me in regards to how they made a mistake with my account, the only phone calls I have received for two months have been from the collection department, making themselfs clear that I am late on my account, an account I received a letter from stating it had been paid in full. I check my credit report and the WFF collecting department has repoted me to the credit bural as being late on my payments on an account that was paid in full according to Mac at WFF, he's the one who wrote the check.
