This rip off company has been charging me for auto insurance even after I have sent them a certified letter with proof

For the past 8 months this ripoff company has been charging me insurance even after I have faxed the proof numerous times. I have also sent a certified letter with the proof of insurance.

I over this crap and I want to file a law suit against them.
