This company is a scam...
I bought a 2006 freestar van in oct well jan 1 08 i get a letter saying that i never had insurance on my van well i go to the insurance company and get it all taken care of. I have gotten 5 more letters today 2/8/08 i got one again and everytime i get a letter i go the the insurance company to get it taken care of. Well we now have 5 reference numbers and still the stupid company is sending me letters

Your loan contract requires that u keep the collateral insured against physical damage and loss. Collision and comprehensice or all risk insurance would satisfy this requirement. The insurance must name us as the payee. You may obtain insurance from the in surance company or agent of your choice. The coverage deficiencies are marked with an x.
Wells fargo auto finance inc is not listed or listed with an incorrect adress
Please ask ur agent to send a copy of ur corrected insurance if we do not recieve evidence of the required insurance we will buy insurance for u and ur notes will be higher.
Well i have full coverage insurance on this van and im not paying a cent more for anything else WARNING THIS COMPANY WILL DO ANYTHING TO SCAM U OUT OF UR MONEY DO NOT GET FINANCING FROM THEM.
I have went ot the insurance company 5 times and nothing has worked if these complaints dont work i guess the next step is to get a lawyer cause i have tried everything else. I even have reference numbers from my insurance company.
