I took out a payday loan (stupid) which I tried to payoff in full June 13,07. I faxed in a signed paper saying to payoff entire loan. They did not, instead taking $90 finance charge then $50 which goes to "principal". I have REPEATEDLY tried to contact them by emailing as they have no number anywhere yet I cannot get a response. Also, I have tried to get my password sent to me but they haven't done that either. They are ghosts who just keep taking your money.
