Well, ive read NUMEROUS amounts of complaints about NCO Financial Systems, Inc. While trying to find a website to contact them through. Unfortunately, the only website i have found requires you to log in and I dont have the proper information to register with the site so that I can log in. Anyway, after seeing all the complaints and lawsuits against this company, im shocked to admit that it is the State of Maryland who sent these hounds after me for being late in paying owed taxes. The only information the letter really states that i can base its validity is my address and that they are close to the amount I owe (I cant say if they are exact, because I dont know the exact amount at the moment, just a close estimate). They give a phone number to contact them at, along with some hours. I have tried numerous times for a couple months to call them and every time it says due to the high volume of calls, im gonna have to call back later, then hangs up. I tried calling just after they open or just before they close and i still get the same message as I do at random times throughout the day. Turns out the hours listed on the letter they sent me isnt even the hours listed on their after hours answering machine, which doesnt allow you to leave a message, it just hangs up on you. I would like to make payment arrangements so this doesnt end up on my credit report but its proving to be quite impossible, and now i dont even know if i can trust this company to send my money to. The address and P.O. Box number they gave to me is completely different from any of the many others I have seen listed in the various forums online.
