Was able to pay on line but taken away without notice

I have not had any problems like the ones mentioned on this site till recently.

I have been paying my bill on line for several years then all the sudden i am not able to anymore. I contacted the customer service and inquired about it and of course they dont know. They explained they would be setting a website up soon well actually the service rep said "i am not sure when the site will be set up" and my reply was this is not fair to the consumer why were we not notified about this? She had no response but do you want to talk to a supervisor? They put me on hold for at least 5 minutes and then the so called supervisor gave me the same answer and said by the way your bill is due and you can pay other ways like now on the phone for a fee of $14.95 i was getting more and more frustrated with this company. I replied to that i am calling complaining to you and you are telling me my bill is due and i can pay $14.95 for the over the phone fee (some nerve real customer service). I think i will pay off the card and not use it anymore not to mention they charge me a $100.00 yearly fee (it's not worth even having the card_.
