Unauthorized charge on bank account

I actually donot understand how the corporation got hold to my bank account info without my authorization but this really bothers me. After I named the amount my lender offered me it offered me another quantity than after I named that quantity no body responded. I actually donot understand what type of fraud this really is but I understand that I'll need to spend my lender costs!
