300 credit line $178 in charges card never used rip off consumer fraud omaha nebraska

I received master card on friday 8/9/02 on tuesday 8/13/02 i was billed for 178.00 in charges. This card only had a 300. Oo credit limit. I had already mailed the card back. This is without question a royal rip/off.
