They debited my checking account for $49.95 without my authorization ripoff

I was checking my checking account and I noticed a check# 9999 in the amount of $49.95. I checked with my wife to see if she bought something on-line, and she hadn't.

I called my bank and they told me that the e-check was made out to a pre-paid debit card company called everprivate.com. I admit I was looking for a small loan, but not like this.

I definitely feel like I have bee scammed and I will do whatever I have to do to get this resovled.
