Trying to make me pay $22,306 for a auto I never owned nor have bought. From a company I never heard of nor can find

S & P Capital Inv. Claim I owe them $22,306 they are trying to collect from a company called F & F Auto.
I have not bought any autos. They claim this is from 3. I just happened to find this on my credit report today 5-27-07
I want this off my report and taken care of as soon as possible.
I will do all that I have to Lawyers, the BBB, any and all I have to do. This is my credit not theirs. How can they do this to all these people as I've been reading and STILL be in buisness?
