On April 23 I applied for a payday loan. I did not receive the loan so I thought everything was okay. I check my bank account everyday and on April 26 I noticed I was missing some money. $159.95 to be exact. I called the bank to see if they had further information about this unauthorized charge and to dispute this transaction. They gave me a 800 number and told me that the charge was from EDP reporting for a prepaid Acclaim Visa card. I told them I did not authorize this charge and I wanted to dispute it. They told me they could not help me. I did some further research on this charge and found out I was not the only one who got frauded for this charge there have been others. Anyone out there who wants to file a class action suit against this company please let me know. Also if there is already a suit in place I would like to join it.
Do not ever apply for any payday loans via the internet.
