Rip off company, unauthorized debit to my bank account

I applied for a payday loan, after i completed the online application, there was a pop-up stating i was preapproved for an acclaim master card, i declined, but my bank information was avaliable for this company to use, therefore edp reporting used my banking information to debit my account for 159.95.
