Error-prone billing system inacurrately posts payments and causes negative credit information posting ripoff

On 05/20, my creditor monitoring service notified me that my credit score dropped 33 points (to a low 529) with all three credit bureaus, due to Chase posting negative information on my Loan): that I am currently more than 30 days past due, in the amount of approx. $10,000. This is both inaccurate (I am currently only due the current month, my regular mortgage payment of $3,380). This information contrasts with both their web
service (which tells me I owe $6,400 - still inaccurate), and to their automated phone (the only one accurate).

On May 2, after making the previous month payment (and based on a history of problems with Chase mis-reporting payments in their backend system), I called Customer Care to complain and assure that their system only shows I owe for current month. They confirmed. Unfortunately, since Jan. there have been several different problems with Chase: they over-estimated my taxes (due to my dispute proving they were wrong, they redetermined, but they still posted negative
information to credit bureaus that included a wrong escrow amount due), then I repeatedly called and make payment such that this problem will not occur
anymore.

I was repeatedly told that their system is new/revamped and that it has a few "hitches", however this will not affect me, as I only owe current month. This problem has affected my marriage, my general well-being/health, and my work at a top marketing company where i hold an executive position. I am extremely stressed, cannot enjoy my family and children, I am constantly thinking at this issue. On top of this and because of this, me and
my wife decided to go to marriage counseling do to the stress.

The only thing Chase felt fit to respond to this flagrant breach of not only my mortgage contract but also the federal law -FCRA section 602 of the Act, (15 U.S.C. 1681) was revealed in a letter not addressing any of my communication and simply stating "we regret to inform you that we cannot extend a credit amendment courtesy"! I am serious about pursuing legal action, as this has affected more than my relationship with Chase. Full documentation is available: all correspondence with Chase, all statements since the beginning of my
house purchase (08/16) till current, and all payment receipts which show proof of payment date (opposing their system delays, showing their
system posted delays), as well as the communication regarding their over-estimation of my taxes.
