I started with this company Feb and they did nothing for me but order credit reports. I called this company at leasr every week to every other week. I spent $250 on this bogus credit repair company. I would call and they would always tell me I need to to a Ms. English and she was never there or she was in ameeting or she was on another phone call. They would take my call back information but not once has anyone from this company call back.
I left messages for Mr and Mrs Hargrave and they have never called me back either. I feel I wasted $250 and I would never refer anyone to this company. They claim to only work on your credit for 90 days and depending on the severity on the credit. My credit was not severe at all and this company still did nothing. I received credit letters amybe the 1st two months of this process and from then on everything ceased.
I called in late March or early April to have this company closed me ouyt for the final credit score and whatever it is they claim they do in closing and the young lady was sure sure and I never received anything. I called back on May 10 to check on the holdup of my close out and a nother young lady says I was closed and I told her I never received anything she said I will sent you something out today. This is the same letter that was suppose to be sent 2 months ago.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE A WASTE OF YOUR MONEY. You will have better luck writing your own disputal letters. Stay away from hargrave & associates. I was on this site once before and read where another gentleman experience they as me treatment from hargrave, but his situation was alot worse than mine was. It was too late, i had already started the process with this company. I even read some complaints on them in the Better Business Bereau.
