Dishonest fraudulent preapproval on a gold card with zero interest rate for 12 months ripoff fraud business

This company has contacted me via mail on varies times to get a preapproved Credit card. The one time membership fee is $37. If you want to rush the card pay $43.

I have yet to receive a credit card to date. I did write a check in the amount of $43. If I am lucky maybe it can be traced back to the ripoff business.
