I am only 21 years old with two children. I gave this company my entire savings of $200.00 on March 14. I still have not received a credit card from them.
I have been told on several occasions that my card "has already been sent". I have also been told repeatedly by persons who represent themselves as "the service center" that they cannot issue a refund to me as "the bank" is responsible for sending my credit card. They will not give me a phone number or even a name for this bank.
My last phone call to these people was on August 2. They still refuse to admit that I will never receive my card. They simply state they do not know why I haven't received the card.
I have cried & begged these people (at the service center) to help me, they don't care!
I contacted my local attorney generals office, who referred me to the FBI, who then referred me to the secret service. I am waiting for a return call from them.
It is a shame that this company is continuing to lie & deceive after all of these consumer complaints I was finally lucky enough to find on the internet. I hope you guys at consumer complaints can shut them down for good.
