Ripoff They have charged my checking account $12.95 since 10/01/06

I started by finding the site, CIC*TripleAdvantage. I wanted to recieve the free credit reports from the three credit reporting agencies. A couple weeks went by no reports. Tried to log on web site and recieved notice that I would recieve a password to log on in the mail, never did. Every month since $12.95 has been deducted from my account. I have been trying to cancel nothing appears when I go to the cancellation of account section on web page. All I have is -$90.65 and no credit reports.
