I paid off a new motorcycle purchased from Bert's Mega Mall in Covina, Ca. With my Polaris Star Card using Retail Services1 website on 1/3. Made a total of three seperate transactions which showed a final balance of $0.00. Received a statement the next month 2/13 in the amount of $85. Called to find out why and the rep. Stated that the payment was recorded but not complete and to disregard. Received another payment notice along with a collection notice 3/15. Called another rep and she states that there is no record of my previous call, the amount that I paid in Jan for $85. Does not show up and that I now owe $99.00 with interest and late fees. I explained that the bike was paid off and faxed over a copy of the website showing a $0.00 balance and the bank transfer receipts showing where the amount was posted to their account. Never heard back. Called back today because I received another payment and collection notice for $111.03 and they swear they never received a fax, no record of my previous call and the bike is in the process of reposession. I faxed them over the info once again and stated that I have the documentation showing that the bike is paid for in full and if they touch my bike, I will sue. Called Polaris and it is out of their hands. I am hoping to clear this up with them as soon as possible. Nobody knows anything, everyone is rude to talk to and you cannot get a straight answer. I will never use another Credit Card that uses Retail Services and plan on closing all accounts associated with them. I'll keep everyone posted and if they do take my bike, I want nayone who has had any issues with them to know that I will sue them. Fyi
