I added funds to my prepaid master card using a coinstar mechian and they never posted them to my account. I found out when I tried to purchase a cart full of grocieries and my card was declined. I called green Dot and after talking to 3 people who don't speak english I was finnally put in touch with a manager who was no help. Her name was marilyn employee number 592976. She told me They have been having problems with the coinstar since early morning.instead of disableing the option they just keep taking peoples money. Then she tells me that I must fax in the receipt at my own expense to prove I was telling the truth. I gave her all the info on the receipt over the phone but that was not good enough. They know that they are having problems and I gave them all the info and they still thought I was lieing. I asked to be credited the cost of the fax and she told me that it is not her fault that I dont own a fax mechian and I will have to pay for it. I was also told the money would be credited in 24 hours two days later and no money. I called and talked to lornie who ever that is and he confirmed that the fax was recieved. Lornie could not tell me why the funds were not credited big surprise. Marilyn was unavalable anouther surprise. Somthing should be done between the humiliation of returning all my groceries to the shelf and the money they stole I got to be able to sue them for somthing.
