This company IS TERRIBLE, when u go to the store and reload the card with cash the receipt says the funds were added instantly BUT if u go to use the card 3 hours later the cash is not there. I have tried to call the toll free number and as I waited for the account balance I was told by an automated messege telling me that I was charged 50 cents for this info, I need to pay 50 cents to find out that my money is not in the account??? If you try to talk to a live person you will not get anyone at night and if u want to talk to someone during the day GUESS what U WILL BE CHARGED. I want my money that i put on the card and i have to wait several hours to use it... What if i needed the money in case of an emergency. And to try to contact them by e-mail is not going to happen, they have you regular mail them with problems. What kind of company does this sound like to u? I have learned a lesson i hope u take this advice... This company in my opnion is terrible
