CCA Credit Division-First National
Fraudulent, False information, destroyed bank account, said it was $200 for the credit card which would be billed 2 months later!

My fiance was out of town and needed some money. We just happened to get this 'credit card' in the mail. Talk about timing!!! So I talked it over with him and decided if he wanted to call and talk to the credit card company to make sure they were legite and that my account wasn't going to be charged that he could go ahead and get the card to help his self out. I was pretty 'iffy' on giving anyone my checking account info. But it looked and sounded like the real deal!

So about a week and a half later. My account was charged the $200 dollar 'start-up' fee that wasn't supposed to be charged until June of '07. I was pretty irate that my account was charged and overdrafted without my knowledge, (I didn't know about the fraudulent activity till I recieved a bank statement about a week later). My bank called my cell phone a few days after the statement saying I was overdrafted and that I needed to get my account figured out pretty soon since it was a new account.

So my finace had been trying to call the 1-800-760-4045 number to tell them to reverse the charges and to cancel our 'membership'. Well he waited almost a half hour on hold then spoke to someone who "couldn't help him and would have to call back during their normal business hours".

Well I wanted to see what was all going on with my account and I decided to get online to see my 'free internet banking account'. Well I first had to register to sign in. I kept getting an error message and so I called my 24 hour banking number to see what I had to do to see my account.

Well was I thrown into a loop! Apparently CCA tried 6 TIMES to withdraw money from my checking. Once a week. Every 7 days! The first three times they tried to take out $200, then they decided to try a lesser amount $199, then $189, then $179!!

And to top everything off, my account is to be CLOSED and apparently put into collections on Monday, April 23rd of '07.

I can't believe all of this nonsense! All this happened within a months' time! How is it possible CCa, CCS, or First Financial can get away with this. Obviously it is nothing new to RIP OFF REPORT!!!
