Requested numerous times to cancel our account since May. It is now April and we are still being charged $7.50 per month and recently a $99 annual fee. Spoke to numerous people including the supervisor by the name of Henry. They are very rude and not helpful at all. My only option at this point is to close my bank account. I spoke with Henry on April 10 and he hung up on me.
