December 11 I signed up with B.I. G to get a $200 loan until next pay day Dec. 21. I agreed to have the money in my savings account no later than Dec. 14. That did not happen, I called my bank to see if money was pending, it was not. I called B.I. G on Dec. 17 and they said it was sent and in my account, I had to prove it was not by sending them a statement from the bank. I faxed over the statement as the supervisor told me to do on Dec 18. I then recieved an email that they were going to draw the $80 fee from my account on Dec. 21. I called 20 times in the next two days and spoke with two so called supervisors and numerous customer service representative. All sound a like with a foreign accent and a few hung up on me several times. Then they ask me to call the same toll-free number to speak to the supervisor and press # 2 which is the number to select to extend the loan. I refused to do this since I knew it would extend a loan I did not have. I now recieved two emails about the loan rejected fee from my now closed account to prevent them from drawing fees that was fraudulant.
