I emailed them in Febuary 18 to close account because I was going to dial-up. Then I called a day later to close. Was told account would be closed out but would still have to pay full payment for Febuary and would take 30 days. No payments made after Febuary.
April my credit card is charged $27.95, then charged again the next day for $ 24.95. Then on May 4 they are charging me again for $27.09.!!!
I called there customer service center and was told they have no record of the cancelation and that you can only cancel by phone (this is not what there terms of service states) and that I still owe for April and May which they are going to charge my account for this amount. This is crazy since we have not had any service since Febuary. Also, even after the calls my telephone account is STILL OPEN???
Do Not go to this VOIP service. You will be stuck with them no matter what!
