Ripoff sent a letter stating that I owe 32,572.97 suggested I could settle the debt for 16,286.49 I dont owe this

Eceived a letter from asset acceptance notifying me of a $32,572.97 debt that does not exist. They offered to let me pay 1/2 and the debt would be forgiven. The letter doesnot contain the business the debt is owed to nor a date on which the debt was incurred. These people are, or should be on medication
