I received a letter from Asset Acceptance LLC in regards to a debt they claim I own. I sent validation letter requesting proof of debt and also asking them to prove SOL. I received letter today with just the last four digits of my SS. The amount they say I owe, and the place they say was the original creditor.
The debt if it does exits would have to be 15 or so years old. The company does not validate per the law.
