Never get a loan with Wells Fargo Auto Finance. Their "Customer Service" does not exist - all they want is their money.
Over 3 years time they have lied to me numerous times on the phone, verbally agreeing to an extension of my payment due to loss of job and having to move out of state to take care of ill mother.
Agreed to two months extension but only gave me one. Told me the "higher ups" sent me a letter regarding what I was to do about my loan so just hold off until I receive it. Two weeks later and it never arrived. Meanwhile, 10 calls a day from them, different phone numbers and different people calling.
Do NOT trust them to work with you in an emergency, tell you the truth on the phone and expect to NEVER receive any response in writing unless they are demanding money.
