A message was left on my machine to call United Bureau concerning ex-sister-in-law. I called. After talking to Ms. Ramos, I was asked if my brother and the ex had children together. "Yes" Then it is in your brother's best interest to call was the response from Ms. Ramos. My brother called and as I listened, he asked Mrs. Washington if she was a federal, state, county or city agency. Her answer was YES. I went online—United Bureau is a collection agency. I called back and spoke to the receptionist who did not want to answer my questions. I then spoke to Mrs. Washington. She insisted United Bureau is a federal agency, her paycheck comes from the federal government, and she had not lied. As soon as I am through here I am placing a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission.
I asked Ms. Washington how she could lie to people. Since she was not looking for me I had no reason to lie. Her answer was the ex owed money. But Ms. Washington would never admit United Bureau is a collection agency.
