I recently returned a call to this compamy after recieving a call from a donna geiger. I was told she wasen't in, a a man answered the call. When i asked what company he was from he stated 'he was not going to go there'he then said why can't i follow simple directions. I said i would like to know who i was talking to he said it wasn't neccesary.
He then asked 'where i got the question from my mother' and the hung up. This is something that has never happend to me from any agency and am very surprised that citibank would contract with a company like this. They also contacted my mother, an 85 year old woman, and harrassed her. She has reported the call to the westchester county department of consumer affairs. Usb, united credit bureau is not licensed in westchester coulty as a collection agency or as any other business.
