Company calls, part computer voice and part real people. Made promises that were not kept.
Fraudulently took money from account without proper authorization.
Promised refund and have never received it yet. Never really told me about other companies that go with it. I've had to deal with three seperate entities (that's what they call themselves). Also had to call and cancel each one. The phone company section still refuses to refund my money.
Capital First has a total of $160.00 plus many check bounce fees. The phone company had $59.60 plus check bounce fees. I am a single mother of two and can not afford this shit.
If I had the money I wouldn't be using it on this shit. They promised to fix my credit probleems, Now they are messed up even further. Numerous calls and promises, when you can get thru, I just want my money back.!!!
