I just want to open the eyes of the people that are looking for a bank to open a new account. I was new customer for Bank of America, my account has 2 months of old, all of my money was deposit to this checking account also the company that I was working for was making direct deposit friday by friday. Daily I was checking my account online to see the funds available and compare them with my notes.
One day someone pays me with a check of $1,200.00, my balance was for $9.80 at that moment so I deposit that check, next day when I look into my account my balance was for: -1190.20, that same day I call them and they said that due to my account was too new and the check for $1,200.00 bounced no matter if I used or not the $1,200.00, they were authorized to closed my account and that the decision was not negocited.
Really I never used those funds and tey never gave me an option.in result of that I was obligated to call the company that I work for to stop my payrroll was cost me, wait another week without salary until I have an account were deposit my funds. That week cost me a late fee in my rent and also in the payment of my car.
Bank of America don't care about people needs. Hey never gave me the opportunity to proof them everything. All of that is for you that are looking for a Bank, I just don't want that you pass for the same BAD experience.
