Ocwen is using illegal FCPA practices with offshore companies that do not understand U.S. FCPA laws by making multiply phone calls after leaving messages on my answering machine.
Ocwen is using predatory lending when force placing homeowners insurance with outrageous premiums. They are suppose to obtain the less expensive insurance that benefits the borrowers. Ocwen is collecting commissions from the insurance companies they us for force placement. Ocwen never informed me that they were taking action to force place insurance on my property.
