Complaint / Review
Americas Servicing Company / Wells Fargo
We're all patients and really should document a-class-motion suit against ASC and Wells Fargo!

In March of I dropped behind on my mortgage repayments and approached ASC. They delivered me a to complete to get a reimbursement arrange for the two weeks I skipped. I've never seen from their store! I named each month and got exactly the same solution, your document is by using the "Negotiator" (is the fact that Arnold Schwartzneager?) which there are certainly a large amount of people before me and also to have patience. Additionally they told my to not spend something till I notice in the "Negotiator". Recently, I obtained a phone from guess who... The "Negotiator"! Feb 21. Which was 5 weeks later! Whoa! We chose to refinance to have gone the corporation so when I named to obtain a benefit, an extremely rude customer support representative explained "YOU'RE IN FORECLOSURE"! Whoa! This should be how they earn money by informing individuals to not spend their mortgages and stall you until they document FORECLOSURE documents (which incidentally, I never obtained any notice). After talking to the "FORECLOSURE LAWYER" I can't obtain a benefit sum for 7-10 days, therefore we've to hold back to repay this mortgage and that Iam sure we will need to pay attention on these 7-10 days!!! Anything is incorrect here and customers have to be conscious! The thing is... No body funded through the corporation, this company purchased out mortgages from additional GREAT businesses. WE'RE ALL VICTIMS AND MAY RECORD A-CLASS-MOTION SUIT AGAINST ASC AND WELLS FARGO!!! I've delivered two grievances towards the BBB, ASC in Iowa and ASC in New York (reduction and mitigation division), in addition to a criticism to my Attorney-General. If anybody available understands what otherwise I have to do, please answer. Are not there any regulations against these methods? It sure feels as though scam in my experience!
