IGS is a big ripoff, to say the least. They called us in August and convinced us that they were legit and so we sent ou $398.00 to them. We waited out the time they told us. Well, customer service in NY sucks. They were rude beyond belief.
We finally got our "packet". It was nothing but how to get loans, nothing about grants, as they promised. I called the number (866-442-3924) and told them I wanted my money back. Well, they were so rude and ugly to me I couldn't beleive it. Though I should have, they have been rude from day one.
The numbers given are either not working or you can't get through to a person. I have had it. I finally found a number out of Canada (514-276-6941) the first time I called them, they were very helpful, telling me my packet was overdue (ah, yeah) and that he would do something about it. After that call, I could never get through again. I always had to leave message. Tis is not good business. I was told that I had to get 3 denials from these loan companies, and then they would refund my money. Yeah I bet they will. I want everybody in the world to read this and don't got with IGS. They are not good people. Thank you
