Ripoff fraudulaunt fake company

I was also scammed by this company i dont know who they are i applied for a loan on line not with this company somehow they got my bank account info and have tried to deduct 49.95 twice they got nothing but i recieved two 30.00 nsf fees i put a block on it with the bank. They used check number 9999 i've never had checks on this account it is fraudulaunt and needs to be looked further intoi we should have something happen to companies evn over the internet for fraudulaunt transactions bein g done to consumers do we have any rights please tell me that
