This company deposited my annuity payment last year to the wrong bank and consequently I never received my payment. This year my payment was scheduled to be deposited to my bank account on 2/05/07. To date (2/15/07) they have not deposited my annuity payment. Several phone calls and e-mails later, the upshot is their explanation - they are changing platforms for certain accounts. Sounds very much like last year. I was strung along for a month before they told me that they deposited my check to the wrong bank and too bad for me.
