Never got promised supplies. On phone 2 hrs. With no answer. Charged $40.00 for nothing

Was supposed to get a home business starter kit, never saw it been charged for it though.
When I called was on hold 2 hours, got down to caller number 2 with a 90 minute waiting period. As time went on waiting period got longer. Never got an answer.
