Online Supplier offered a "Starter Kit" to do business in the Internet. They were supposed to let me use the kit for a trial period of 14 days and return it for refund if not completely satisfied. They charged me $1.95 for shipping.
I never received the kit.instead, on March 16 I was charged $29.95 on my credit card and was supposed to be charged monthly for the use of the service. When I called to complain and demanded my refund, they said they could not do this because the 14-day trial period was over.
How can there be a trial period without the "starter kit"? How can you be paying for something you did not receive? This is plain grand larceny using fraudulent advertisement!
Avoid this company like the plague!!!
