Inc. I invested $18000 for atm machines, I got scamed by a sweet deal, Now I have no money and no machines, Company investigated byTexas Securties office, took 18k and left me penniless Ripoff

In 2003 I was confronted by a person who I thought was an honest businessman. I was to invest in atm machines that would produce huge turn arounds. Forbes carried an ad in the july 7 issue, "IRA PLAYING DEAD??? ROLL IT OVER! Amazing 41% annualized return! BIG MONEY, FREE REPORT." Sounds great?

I Gladly Invested Little did I know as I wrote the check the company was being investigated by the Texas state Securities Board.

A month went by no checks came I was going to use these checks as a buffer to start up my own business. Then finally three months went by and I recieved a check of 585.00. I finally called the man who sold me the machines and thru his stammering around I finally was told of the investigation, the arrests of officers the whole mess. I was crushed.

I was then refered to a lawyer that told me this was a delicate matter. She took my name and other information. After some time I was told there is not a case. So now I am high and dry. I consulted other lawyers who told me the same.

I have no where to turn. Now I found you guys.
