We invested our life savings of $20,000. We had some personal issues come up. The machines are still brand new, in original boxes. We called and let them know our situation and asked to return the machines. Unfortunately, we payed cash and do not expect a full refund but they did not help us at all and we have not heard back since. We even offered to pay for shipping. Again, no reponse. We need our money back or at least most of it and they are not helping us out at all. Promises made not kept. We realize now we were ripped off. We need help. Again, the machines have not even been taken out of the boxes. We can send all back not even touched. What is the problem here???
